For Testers
Do
Use the app every day for the full campaign duration
Reach the minimum active days before the deadline
Respect the minimum session duration stated in the campaign
Submit honest, detailed feedback with real observations
Report bugs with steps to reproduce them
Accept the Google Play Console invite within 48h
Communicate via messages if you have technical issues with the app
Don't
Open the app for just a few seconds to "record" a session
Submit generic, copy-pasted, or irrelevant feedback
Abandon a campaign without a valid reason
Test apps from your own IP or accounts linked to you
Use multiple accounts to multiply earned credits
Participate in more than 2 campaigns simultaneously
Use emulators or scripts to simulate sessions
For Developers
Do
Configure Firebase correctly before launching the campaign
Add tester emails to Play Console within 24h
Keep the app working for the entire campaign duration
Describe test goals in a clear and specific way
Respond to tester feedback within 72 hours
Test other people's apps as if you were a real user
Report suspicious testers to the admin with evidence
Don't
Create secondary accounts to test your own app
Launch campaigns for broken apps or pre-alpha builds
Change the app's package name after the campaign starts
Remove the app from the store during an active campaign
Ask testers for personal information outside the platform
Arrange with others to exchange credits without real testing
Consequences of Violations
BetaSwap automatically monitors suspicious patterns. The admin manually reviews edge cases. Sanctions are proportional to the severity and repetition of the violation.
1st minor violation
Email warning. No immediate penalty.
Repeated or medium violations
Reputation penalty (-25 to -100 points). Possible temporary ban from new campaigns.
Serious violation (fraud, multi-account)
Permanent account ban, loss of all credits. Possible IP ban.
