Terms of Service — BetaSwap

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using BetaSwap (the "Service"), accessible at betaswap.app, you fully accept these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, you may not use the Service. The Service is operated by BetaSwap ("we", "us", "our").

2. Description of Service

BetaSwap is a collaborative beta testing platform that allows Android developers to find testers for their apps through a mutual credit system. Tester activity verification is carried out through Firebase Analytics for campaigns that include this feature.

3. Registration and Account

Using the Service requires creating an account. You are responsible for:

Providing accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
All activities carried out through your account.
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

Each individual may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts constitutes a serious violation of these Terms.

4. Credit System

BetaSwap credits have no monetary value and are not convertible to money or other assets. They are functional units for the operation of the Service. BetaSwap reserves the right to modify the credit system with 30 days' notice to registered users.

Credits deducted for a campaign are not automatically refunded, except in cases of proven BetaSwap responsibility for technical failure of the verification system.

5. User Obligations

You agree to:

Not violate the Community Rules.
Not use the Service for fraudulent purposes, including artificially manipulating verification statistics.
Not attempt to access unauthorized parts of the Service or compromise platform security.
Respect the intellectual property rights of others.
Not send spam or unsolicited communications to other users.

6. Firebase Analytics Access

For Firebase-verified campaigns, the developer authorizes BetaSwap to access in read-only mode the aggregated Google Analytics data of the specified Firebase project. This access is limited to data necessary to verify tester activity (DAU, session duration, event distribution) and is automatically revoked upon campaign conclusion. Collected data is processed according to our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

BetaSwap and its logos, designs and content are the property of the Service operator. Apps uploaded by developers remain the exclusive property of their respective developers. Feedback and reviews submitted by testers are licensed to BetaSwap for internal use within the platform only.

8. Limitation of Liability

BetaSwap provides the Service "as is" without warranties of any kind. In particular, we do not guarantee:

That the Service meets the user's specific requirements.
That the Service will be continuously available and error-free.
That campaign results (Firebase statistics, active days) reflect actual app usage beyond what is technically verifiable.

BetaSwap is not liable for data loss, business losses, indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

9. Suspension and Termination

BetaSwap reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user's account for violations of these Terms, without notice for serious violations. You may delete your account at any time by writing to [email protected]. Upon deletion, remaining credits are zeroed and personal data is deleted according to the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

BetaSwap may modify these Terms at any time. Changes are notified via email to registered users with at least 15 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after this period constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute arising from the use of the Service, the parties agree to first attempt an amicable resolution. Failing agreement, jurisdiction shall be as required by applicable consumer protection laws.
